The most interesting thing on this site is the ability to post you're CV online for employers to look at.

They do look at it aswell!!

Why spend hours searching for a job when you're CV can be viewed 24/7 and employers can look for you!!

This is my favourite job searching site nowadays mainly because of that feature.

Just as impressive though is the "Agents".
Here you can set up a search facility for all the jobs you're interested in and they will be updated daily for you to look at.
This saves valuable time trawling through different jobs on site.
You are also able to pin point various criteria to you're agent aswell.
For instance if you live in Bristol, you're agent will only pick up jobs in that area, unless you specify other areas!

The site is very easy to navigate and is well worth a look.
