Have you ever tried getting a certain record but to no avail?
Well look no further, go to www.napster.com. type in the artist or the name of the song you want and a whole list will appear for you to choose from.
Just click on the one you want & download it, this can sometimes take between 10 -20 minutes,and there you have it!!!
I have heard that this may soon become illegal, as the record companies are losing sales by people getting music this way, this may be true to a certain extenct, but most older songs you can't buy anyway.
I found a song on there that I have been trying to get for years, it is only an early 70's song but could I buy it? no way!!!
I'd look through all sorts of compilation cd's but couldn't find it anywhere, I'd even tried car boot sales and second hand shops, but for some reason I just couldn't find this record( the record being"I'm gonna run away from you" by Tammy Lynn)
Any way my search is over thanks to Napster.
I'd also found a Cliff Richard song which I didn't even know existed, Now I know about it I'll do all I can to try to get a copy, although I've downloaded it, I'd still prefer to have the original copy on record or c.d, so napster really does help people know whats available so they can go out and buy it!!!
I really hope they do not get rid of this site.
