msn.co.uk Reviews

Newest Review: ... that when searching the engine can be a bit hit and miss at times with a random fan page coming higher than e.g. a bands own website but mostly this doesnt happen and the most relevent (and worthwhile) websites are first. The main thing msn offers though is it's mail, which is fast and easy to manage. A click on the Hotmail link on the right of the page takes you to your mail, from here you can do the usual; read, delete, create mail and generally organise your emails. But from here you can access another aspect and very useful part which MSN offer - its messenger - in the top right hand corner you can click on messenger and chat to you... more

MSN or the Microsoft Network was launched in 1995 by Microsoft (obviously) and is always in the top ten visited websites on the internet - currently 9th. So what's on the website? Nigh on everything to be honest. The website is a search engine which includes mail (known as hotmail), news, entertainment, maps and directions, weather, sport, from the search bar you can search for web content, pictures, video, news, maps, shopping, money, games - I've found that when searching the engine can be a bit hit and miss at times with a random fan page coming higher than e.g. a bands own website but mostly this doesnt happen and the most relevent (and worthwhile) ... Owned by microsoft, MSN.co.uk is a great site with different features and lots of news which keeps you up date with what is going on in the world. When you first go onto msn homepage, you will see the msn logo at the top of the page. To the right of that is a search bar where you type in something you want to know or find out and it will show websites which are relevant to what you want to know. Underneath the search bar are a range of different links which will take you toextras msn have to offer. These include Horoscopes, jobs, lottery and weather. The main extra which I use is Hotmail where you get your own email. As you scroll down ... Read the complete review

MSN.co.uk is a site owned by Microsoft. I will go on it most days because it is a good way to keep up to date with the news and it also has a lot of extra features. When you first go onto the home page, you will see a slide show of pictures which are related to news about them with the heading saying what its about. If you want to find out more information then you can click on either the picture or the heading and it will divert you to a page with the full story on. As you scroll down the homepage you will see other news topics listed under different headings for example, All of the sport news is listed under the heading 'sport', or anything to do ... Msn.co.uk is the first website I check when I log on every morning. It usually accompanies my morning coffee as it is my free alternative to a Newspaper when I don't get chance to purchase one. It has all the latest headlines and articles on every different aspect of the news, be it politics, world news, entertainment and sport. There are also several blogs on the latest television shows (such as the soaps blog, various blogs for different reality television shows such as big brother, xfactor etc). One of my personally favourite sections is the music section, with James who does the music blog, offering his personal opinion into the latest ... Read the complete review

MSN is my homepage, as it is a one stop shop for personal news: e-mail, and for international and national news. Layout... The home page has a main picture, with a link to the articles of the day. In the right top hand corner there is a link to hotmail, messenger and a photo section, which I've never used personally. There is a large advert which I find quite annoying. Then there is the 'editors picks' which are the interesting, odd, or funny bits of news, or maybe a dating or entertainment article. As you scroll down, there sections of articles: news, sport, entertainment, video news and games. Right at the bottom, there are links to all the ... Read the complete review
