www.multimap.com, this is yet another really hand web based utility. It is basicaly a reference map and directions service. It covers all of the United Kingdom and also lots of other countries as well. From the home page you are offered offered a box into which you can enter an address, town or postal code, then you press 'find' to proceed. You are now taen to a street map showing the specified location, this always works well for ma nad pretty quickly also. Are you lost, like me, well this site will certainly show you the right way to go. Its absolutely brilliant. This website is called multimap.com and to put it in basic terms it provides you with an almost instant map of a streets in Europe with detailed maps of the entire world. WOW!! What is it? Multimap is an online map. Ok, so you could have guessed that. But it is a lot more... What is mapped? The UK, right down to individual streets, and places of interest. Plus the rest of Europe and the world, though not with as much detail. It also has an interactive map of the London Underground, and aerial photos of various UK cities. What can it do?
