spotify.com ... library of music. Free and legal are two words which have not been seen together very often in the last few years - at least when it comes to music. There are many reviews of the free version - which incidentally requires an invite from a friend already using the service - so I ll leave that side of it to the experts. Spotify is a Music Library service which provides the user with "instant" access to "millions" of music tracks. spotify.com ... you haven t heard of Spotify, I urge you to finish reading this review, go to the Spotify website, and download it NOW. Why, I hear you ask? Well for want of a better reason, it s a free, legal (yes, that s both those words in the same sentence) music-streaming application. It has a nice-looking interface, and the choice of library is just astounding. With the exception of a few artists (notably the Beatles, boo...) it has just about any song that you could hope to listen to, and lots more that you couldn t. I just loved holding an album and flicking through it s sleeve, the packaging made the album more than just music and it felt to me like this was the final nal in the coffin.
