I am primarily a Cornet player and am working towards a Diploma next year.

I recently purchased 2 Books off the site for a couple of teenagers in the Brass Band I play in and I must say I was extremely impressed with the service. I ordered on Tuesday evening and recieved them on Thursday Morning, which I consider to be excellent as most music online stores can be fairly slow, especiallu JustMusicUK, which can be frustratingly slow.

Musicroom.com are not just an online trader, they have 16 brick and mortar shops all over the UK & Ireland. A full list is given on the site.

They are keenly priced, the site is nice and vibrant and postage rates are very good. You qualify for free standard delivery over £20. It is easy to search for an item and everything is presented concisely and in a simple fashion. They have a vast library of titles, for all styles of music for different instruments and ensembles, there will be something for you here!

The items are well packaged and arrive in pristine condition in excellent time. If you register to the site and make a purchase, then you can track your order very easily online and they accept a range of payment methods

The site itself has a large range of titles, they even stock instruments and accessories, but they only carry the bare bones, Student instruments and not enough accessories, such as mutes etc.

The shop does sell software, such as sibelius, Tuition books, Music for exams, Music DVDs and even biographies from famous musicians, informational books about instruments and how to record from home, they even sell stayues of Beethoven if you are that way inclined!

If you are not into music that much but are looking to buy a present for a loved one, then you can do the simple thing and give them a gift voucher

One aspect to the site that I find really appealing is that they have comprehensive guides to buying instruments, which is essential if you are looking to take up something new, at present this is limited to Guitars, Keyboards and drums, but more will be along the way.

Musicroom.com are currently running a sale on selected items for 50% discount, which is pretty good.
