I have just installed net meeting (essential for using myfreeld.com), and managed to work out the dialling code instructions which are all that clear (for UK use area code number starting with 1 or 2 followed by number e.g.01226 456789 would be 1226 456789). Then I did my first test drive! This does work, my call connected after about a minute and a half. It took this long to initialize. There was a delay on the line and although I could hear the person I called very well, I apparently sounded muffled at that end. MyFreeLD.com is the first net2phone service I've ever tried thus far, and I have to say that on just one initial use I'm really quite impressed with the technology and service in it's current carnation, and I'm really a big fan of net2phone telephony now! I actually took the plunge and gave myfreeld, the internet free phone call site a try. As with anyone else I was quite interested in the fact that I might be able to make free phone calls to anyone in the uk, through my pc and the internet. Wow to be able to speak on the phone and surf at the same time, what a great idea. So I logged on the the site, filled out all the form details and got to the dialer page. on my quest to find a company which allowed you to make free pc calls to the uk, i came across by accident myfreeld.com. This is very good, because not only does it allow you to make free phone calls t the uk, but also to several other european countries, which is very good. so if you have friends in europe, this site is for you. sadly, once again i didn't find this that good because i wanted a company which can make free calls to asia from your pc, i am still looking.
