Advantages: You get money off things, Customer services were quick to reply

Disadvantages: Unsubscribing is difficult, Site doesn't work properly

Someone subscribed me to this service without my permission, and I've not been able to get myself off it. Their customers services were responsive, but unhelpful, and their site doesn't work properly - since it wasn't me who subscribed, I don't have my user name and password, yet the methods of requesting it (to log in and then remove my account) don't work - you just get sent back to the home page. I've tried several web browsers and the same thing happens each time.

While they promise not to spam you, I was annoyed that someone could subscribe me to the service using my email address without any confirmation. If you're thinking of checking them out, make a note of your credentials as without them you may be stuck, like I am now. Based on my experiences, I certainly would not recommend them.
