Advantages: Pay in UK shopping vouchers

Disadvantages: Never going to make a fortune.

My Voice is a site that pays you for your opinions. Now don’t get all excited it is not another Dooyoo, but they do pay you in points for filling in Polls/Surveys.

Although My Voice started in Japan it has a UK only site and also sites for 50 other countries.

My Voice points can be exchanged for High Street Vouchers which can be used at such stores as Boots, Dixons, Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Argos, Woolworths, Mothercare, BHS, Pizza Hut, TGI Friday's, Victoria Wine Shops and loads of other places. They are also looking for suggestions as to what other vouchers you would find useful.

You have to have 2000 My Voice points before you can exchange them. This is equal to £20.
You can donate your points to charity once you have earned 1000.

Polls are worth various amounts depending on the length etc but they start at 25 points for a short poll to 500 points for a “commercial research poll”.

Polls can be on all sorts of subjects. The live polls at the moment are about fox and stag hunting, Guy Fawkes/Osama Bin Laden comparison and Coffee Bars.
Past Polls have included shopping, cannabis, IRA, Anthrax, The Talaban and drinking.
Basically if it is topical there will probably be a poll about it.

One part of the site that I really like is the Forums. This is a place for members to post messages and hold discussions about the surveys and polls that they take on the site.
This encourages a sense of community about the site and gives the opportunity for opinions that aren’t included in the poll to be aired.

Every poll you do also gets you an entry into the monthly prize draw. This month’s prize is £1000.

You can view the results of the polls and also see polls that they have done in the past.

It is a very easy site to use with everything being in the logical places. Your account is easy to keep track of as it is updated immediately.

A market re
search company runs the site. They charge the councils and large companies to use the results of the polls. (Big money business I would imagine.) Anyway, some of the money they make from selling the results of their research goes to paying for the shopping vouchers and the rest of the money goes in their pockets. (Fair play to them if they can make money at it.)

So far I have earned 125 points and I have only taken 3 polls. I guess I am never going to be doing my weekly shop on these vouchers, but hopefully I may have a few saved by next Christmas.

Sounds like another one to add to my list of "get your free money here sites". Thanks for a good op!
