Advantages: Easy to use
Disadvantages: None
I have this last two weeks been nagged something chronic by my fox obsessed 3 year old, to take her to see Fantastic Mr Fox so, I finally succumbed to her demands and decided I would take her in half term.
Now being as I hate queuing for tickets with a impatient 3 year old and this being her first ever trip to the cinema I though the excitement of the cinema and the fact she was going to see Fantastic Mr fox would be too much for her as it is so I decided to book online.
With the Vue cinema at the O2 being my cinema of choice I went to their website.
The website is easy to navigate when you first go to the site you select your cinema of choice and click on it you can however click the tick box to remember your cinema of choice next time you visit.
Once you have selected your cinema you are then taken to the home page where you have 3 lists now booking, Coming Soon & All films which are pretty self explanatory when you click on the films you can watch a trailer, read the Synopsis and check the times it is showing.
Unfortunately when booking I had my 3 year old daughter on my lap and she wanted to watch the trailer over and over and over so took a while for me to book but, once I did get to click on the tab for the time I wanted to go it was simple you pick the amount of tickets you want for each age group and then click to check availability if all is well then you enter your card details and voila all done!
When you get to the cinema you just put your card in the ticket collection machine and it prints them it couldn't be simpler!
The other thing I think is great about the website is that it also has all the offers available and competitions.
All in all a really easy to use website!
Summary: Easy and information packed
