Net4biz, get paid for reading email. A Gptrem company, one of the first born getpaidto companies I signed up for Net4biz 2 years ago and reached the "redeem wall" on april 2001. Never received a single cheque. In my experience, net4biz is not different from the other getpaidtoread companies, really difficult to reach the payout, really difficult to get paid. I tried to contact Net4biz , but thet never explained me why I don't yet receive my cheque. No law, impossible to find a judge to get some justice. It's not a money question. When you sign a contract you should respect it. If nobody try to get justice, this kind of company will never change

There are many “Get Paid to Receive E-Mails” sites around today. Most of them, especially the new ones who have jumped on the bank wagon, hardly pay out anything and it takes an age to achieve any minimum payout level. Net-4-Biz is one of the few that actually do still work out and if you’ve got the time are one of the few that you might consider joining. Part of this is due to it being one of the longer established companies in this field. Thus they have a more solid foundation asfar as advertisers are concerned and thus more income. Signing up is very simple and will just take a couple of minutes. The site is accessable at www.4net-4biz.com You are paid 5c for every e-mail you receive and 3c for every e-mail that the people you have referred received. They do not provide any tier system for referrals so you will only earn, in this sector, from your direct referrals. As touched on earlier due to their solid foundations in this area you can expect to receive between 3 to 6 e-mails a week. Not a great deal you might say but if you get a sufficient number of referrals this could add up to quite a tidy sum. You will need to achieve a minimum balance of US$20.00 in order to claim your payment. This can only be paid in the form of a cheque. Unfortunately they will not pay out with PayPal, which is a slight disadvantage. They also provide you with fixed links/URL’s to facilitate you in obtaining more referrals and these are all available and explained on their site. Each e-mail received from them contains a URL and once clicked you are immediately credited with the 5c. You do not technically need to even view the advertisers page for which the URL was related. I would recommend this site to anyone who has the time and purely on the basis that at least this one does provide you with e-mails on a regular basis and is spam free since you do not have to
actually visit the advertised website.

I have been a member of this paid to receive e-mail programme for just under two years. I have received up until writing this opinion one hundred and eighty seven emials. I have therefore made nine dollars and twenty three cents. This is not a high amount but I do not have any referalls. Therefore there is potential to make money with this programme as they do send emails roughly two to five times a week and you do get money for them. As I mentioned they way to make money on all these schemes is referalls as if you had ten referalls each getting one hundred e-mails a year, the amount owing to you would soon increase. This company as the moment has raised a law suit against advertisers who in total owe the company over one hundred thousand dollars. Any member is owed two dollars is being included as a party and therefore will receive damages if this law suit goes all the way. This might take years but is shows the company is serious about protecting their members. As they are asking for five thousand dollars in compensation for each member. The company pays out after you have earned twenty dollars, which I should hopefully earn over the next two years. This is one of the best paid e-mail programmes about as they company is serious, members do get e-mails and best of all they do get paid.

Net-4-Biz is yet one more of the growing trend of ‘get paid to read emails’ (GPTREM) programs that pay you cash simply for clicking on advertiser links that are mailed to your inbox. Signing up to the program is completely free to join and takes a matter of seconds. As I have always said in previous opinions on GPTREMs, these programs are never going to make you rich. To stand any chance at all of making any decent money, or indeed, just reaching the minimum payout levels, you are going to need to refer lots of other members. But the one nice thing about Net-4-Biz, is that they have been around for a long long time, are very well established and still send regular paid mailings, often up to five a week, sometimes even more. And being completely free to join, what have you got to lose? Other than a few seconds of your time to click on a couple of links, it’s as easy as that! The site, like so many others, is USA based so payments are made in dollars and cents. Currently, Net-4-Biz are paying 5 cents per email read and 3 cents for every mail read by any of your referrals. Not bad rates compared to others, but it’s a shame they don’t offer more levels of referrals. You receive no credit for any referrals that your own referrals bring to the program. Payment is made monthly when your balance has reached a minimum of twenty dollars. The website itself is a little cluttered but easy enough to navigate and signing up is a doddle, you just need to fill out a few basic details and choose categories for the subjects you would like to receive mails on. It’s always best to choose topics that you think will be highly supported by advertisers, rather than your own personal interests, to try and generate more paid emails. Applications for membership are tracked very carefully, and your IP number is logged to prevent multiple sign-ups from the same computer, thereby reducing the number of cheats trying to d
efraud the system. Webmasters can advertise the program (and their own referral link) by choosing a banner or text link from the main site. For those that don’t own websites, there are tips and advice for promoting your referral URL through a signature on your emails or submitting to a number of Free-For-All sites. Net-4-Biz also offers a free web based email address for life. Your payment stats are tracked in real time, so your balance is updated the minute you click on an advertiser’s link in a paid email. The stats page is very comprehensive, showing the number of mails you have read, listing your referrals by name and the number of mails read by them and listing all your commissions clearly. The paid emails themselves are very simple, You are given a quick summary of the advertiser’s site followed by a link to click on to receive your five cents credit. You don’t have to spend any time at the site to receive credit; simply clicking on the link to open up the site in your browser is sufficient. I’ve been a member for almost a year now, and it has taken me all that time to reach the heady heights of $18, so not too far off payout now (I only have five referrals). So, the important thing is, the more people you can get to sign up under you, the quicker you will reach that payout target. If anybody would like to help me reach my first ever payment, email me using the addie on my profile page and I’ll be more than happy to send you my referral link! :O) Otherwise, just head over to http://net-4-biz.affiliatetracking.net to sign up without me!

Get Paid To Read EMail a.k.a. GPTREM has been operating for some time. It's yet another of those opt-in advertising programs that pays you to receive wads of junk mail in your inbox. The plan is simple: you receive a few emails each week and receive a few cents for clicking on advertisers' links in the emails. In reality, it's a bit more complicated than that. Dead Links ========== If you check the official website link listed by Dooyoo (http://www.net-4-biz.com), you'll find that it points to an astrology site run by Mastermind Communications (http://www.masterm.com). It's not really what you were expecting, is it? Still, if you look in the top left corner, there's a little menu and clicking on "marketing" and then "email ads" will take you to a page promoting opt-in advertising. A little more promising but not quite right. This page invites advertisers to buy opt-in ads at the staggering rates of $149 USD per 300,000 ads, $260 USD per 600,000 or $350 USD per 900,000 - or 4.97 cents, 4.33 cents and 3.89 cents respectively per ad. There's nothing about email recipients making money, though. If you go to the actual Net Biz Corporation site (http://www.4net-4-biz.com) you'll find a link to the GPTREM program (http://www.4net-4-biz.com). It's not a big problem - the difference between the URLs is just one character - but it's enough to confuse people. GPTREM Program ============== Now that you've found the program, you'll be dazzled by the prospect of receiving 5 cents per email you read (if you click on the ad link) and 3 cents per email read by your referrals. Better than a poke in the eye with a blunt stick, as the saying goes. However, if you cast your eye back to the previous paragraph, you'll notice that this company is in fact selling ads for less than 5 cents per ad. If that doesn't make you wonder how they can ever pay their affiliat
es, then nothing will. Signing up is easy - just the usual check-the-box type marketing questionaire. (Note, you must be fluent in English to join the program as there is no support for other languages.) You'll be issued with an affiliate number for use in all correspondence and when recruiting referrals. According to Net Biz, you can expect around 15 emails per month. Add a few referrals to your earning power and you'll have no problem cashing in whenever you hit the $20 USD mark. If you don't get any referrals, you'll only earn 75 cents per month; if you have 10 referrals, you'll earn $5.25 USD per month. In the latter scenario, you'll be cashing out every 4 months albeit losing the bulk of it in foreign currency bank fees. In the former scenario, you'll be grimly hanging on for 27 months before earning your first cheque. Bearing in mind how long this program has been going on and how likely your friends are to say "yes, give me loads of junk mail", you could be participating in this program for over 2 years without receiving a penny. Looking simply at your own potential earnings, I've been in this program for longer than I care to mention and a paltry 66 emails have generated $3.16 USD. Or 4.788 cents (less than 5 cents) per email over many, many months. Conclusion ========== The GPTREM brings as much enjoyment and rewards as pounding your head against a brick wall. I shudder to think of how much time I've wasted, pointlessly clicking emails and cluttering up my inbox. I could write more about the program. I could write more about the company. But there's no point in doing so. No one in a sane state of mind is going to expend time and energy recruiting referrals and clicking on email links to generate such dubious returns. If no one's told you already to avoid GPTREM, then let me: "Run, don't walk!"

UPDATED 17/4/02 ** I don't know what's happened to this company but all the emails seem to have dried up. A couple of months ago all emails were directed to a mage that said the company was "tempoprarily offline" and would be back soon. Since then there have been NO emails, and the page to check your earnings and referrals doesn't seem to work either** ORIGINAL OPINION Of all the pay to receive email companies I have signed up with, net-4-biz just has to be the best. All of these companies' homepages are very impressive, their earning calculations seem plausible, but in the end they tend to disappoint. Not so with this one. I have consistently received around 5 emails a week from them and sometimes more than one a day. Your account is credited with 5 cents (yes, it is American) for each unique click on the link in each email they send you, plus 3 cents every time one of your direct referrals does the same. In your confirmation email you are given a link to pass on to your friends, insert in your emails or put on your web page and it is important to collect as many referrals as you can because it can really increase you earning power (10 referrals receiving about 5 emails each week is $1.50 per week for you, or $78 a year). It is quite easy to find out how much you have earned, simply click the link at the bottom of your emails and insert your user ID and password when prompted. This brings me to a small problem - you cannot specify your own username like you can with many online companies like dooyoo. You are given a six-digit number, which can be difficult to remember if you are signed up with several companies and are not at the computer you usually use. The FAQ page is quite basic but it does answer most questions you might like to ask and you can contact them by email if your question isn't answered. My experience with net-4-biz has run so smoothly so far that I have not needed
to contact them, so I cannot say how good their customer service department is. You are paid when your account has reached $20 (this shouldn't take too long if you have a good number of referrals). The FAQ page says that this will be at the next pay period - but fails to mention how often these are. The biggest disadvantage that I can think of to this company is that they only pay in US dollars and no other currencies although they accept international applications. This means that unless you live in America you will incur a charge when you finally cash your cheque. Don't let this put you off, however, the small disadvantages are massively outweighed by the genuine potential earning capacity net-4-biz can offer you.

Update 27/08/01 I hve received a cheque for the firtst lot of money owed to me by Net-4-Biz - but no sign of the rest - and the emails keep coming... Update 15/05/01 I have just received an email from Net-4-Biz, the site behind GPTREM, regarding the recent disappearance of their website and late payments. Here is the text with some edits - Net-4-Biz have named the hackers they allege are responsible for the recent mysterious disappearance of their whole site, and I have left their names out. "Urgent News 4 NetBiz Get Paid To Read Email Subscribers 1. We have auditied all accounts for payment up to and including December 31st. Funds have been sent to Affiliate Tracking with instructions to send out payments immediately. 2. ...Dealing with 'cheaters' takes up so much of our time that it drastically impacts our profitablility and slows down payments as we have to audit every payment. 3. As you probably know NetBiz DNS was hacked and we have had some serious technical problems. We have had to move all our pages to our new domain name: www.4net-4-biz.com. Most of this transfer has been completed. We should be back to "Normal" by next Friday. However, some of you will find that your accounts have 'disappeared.' These hackers are also responsible for deleting hundreds of accounts. Unfortunately, we can't determine which accounts they were. So if your account is 'missing' and you should go resign up. While the disruption of our business was serious, by far the most serious situation was the disruption of access to email by the 14,000 people who had a email box at NetBiz messaging. Our partner in NetBiz messaging, Critical Path tells us they should have the login restored and access to all old mail restored by Wednesday. 5. Also, our legal counsel informs us that if YOU had a NetBiz Messaging email box and could not access it
, you can take legal recourse against those responsible for your inability to access your mail, since the interruption was the result of the patently illegal acts of the hackers and their attempt to disable NetBiz from providing our services to you and the NetBiz business in general. 6. With the help of local and national law enforcement agencies, 'computer' detectives and investigators we have found out, not only, who the people are who disrupted NetBiz, but their addresses, email and phone numbers. We are pressing criminal charges and also a civil complaint to recover damages. Just so you know who these people are, here are their names, addresses, phone number and email. (In the email there follows a list of 3 people with contact details) 7. NetBiz is in the process of finalizing our criminal complaints against these people. Hopefully, all three will be in jail by the end of the month. 8. And finally, some good news. We hope to have all these time consuming problems out of the way by June first, at which time we will be bringing on a new program so you can earn even more money. 9. We are sorry for any inconvience this has caused any of you. In any case we do value your participation and wish to thank you for all your efforts. Fred Conquest, CEO" It seems then that according to Fred Conquest hackers were to blame for Net-4-Biz'z recent problems, but the non-payment issue still has to be resolved. However a different side of the story emerges if you go to the original Net-4-Biz website, where another person makes allegations against Mr Conquest. It is impossible to determine who is telling the truth at the moment so for now I must wait for further developments. In the mean time the emails keep coming and are still being credited by AffiliatTracking.net, so who knows what will happen? I am due a payment from October last year,
which hopefully will materialize soon. I will update this opinion when it does. Original opinion continues here: Net-4-biz’s GPTREM was the first paid to read email program I joined, and it still remained the best until recently - with one factor still untested as yet, and now perhaps never - the payout. This review will give you a brief overview of the net-4-biz sign-up process, a look at my statistics over the last three months, and my verdict, as well as some tips on how to get referrals. As this program pays out in US dollars, here is a link to a currency converter: http://www.xe.com/ucc/ that I use all the time, and a quick conversion: $1 = 68p $20 = £13.76 at the time of writing (16th April 2001). ************************************************** THE BARE ESSENTIALS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 5c per email you read 3c per email your direct referrals read No payment for indirect referrals They quote 15 emails a month. Average emails per month = 19 Amount needed for a payout = $20 Don't expect a payout straight after you get $20 - you cheque will join a queue at the end of your qualifying month. In fact I am still waiting after 5 months for my first check - my latest email to net-4-biz asking where my payment was was met with the following response: "Due to the high number of fraudulent accounts and slow pay by the advertisers our tracking affiliate is taking more time than usual to check accounts and to cut checks, please be patient, you will receive payment" Personally I find this hard to believe - all the adverts I have received lately have been referral links. You have to pay upfront for these adverts according to the now vanished net-4-biz site, so I don't think that slow pay from advertisers has anything to do with it. As o
f 19th April 2001 I received this email: "On April 16, we had a major technical problem with our DNS server. As a result, the NetBiz pages will be unavailable for a few days while we fix the problem. NetBiz has not gone away. All stats pages will work, but faq and other pages going direct to www.net-4-biz.com will not work. However. We will have them up and running shortly. We will keep everyone informed as to when things will be fixed. Also, if you have a NetBiz Messaging Email Box, the login should be up and working sometime later on today." This email was part of the text of a paid email. I very much doubt that disgruntled members will be opening any paid emails from net-4-biz at the moment. Surely it would have been more appropriate to have sent this as an email in its own right - or is this an attempt to keep milking a cashcow that will never pay out to its members?? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Time needed for minimum payout ($20) with no referrals at their quoted 15 emails per month: Two years, two months and three weeks. If GPTREM continue to send the current average of 19 emails a month, it would take you one year and nine months with no referrals to earn $20 for a payout. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Percentage of referrals still active after six months = 73+ percent. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Number of referrals needed to get a payout ($20) each month at 15 emails per month = 63 This is to compensate for the drop out rate, which should whittle down the initial 63 referrals to 46. These 46 referrals should give you an approximate monthly income of $20.70. The current average of 19 emails a month would give you an approximate monthly income of $26.22 from the 46 remaining referrals. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ VERDICT? This was the best paid to re
ad email program with referrals essential to make money (big surprise there)- if, and it is a big if, they actually pay out, which is looking increasingly unlikely ************************************************** SIGNING UP This refers to the site as it was - all that can be found now is a notice stating that net-4-biz is under construction as of 4-16-01. The first test of any program on the internet is how easy the sign-up process is. When you reach the net-4-biz site (whether through the link to official site text link on dooyoo, or by using a referral link), you will find that the GPTREM (Get Paid To Read Email) page is reasonably informative. After you have read the outline of the program, click on the big button to go to the sign-up page. This is hosted by the site that compiles the statistics for GPTREM, affiliatetracking.net. The information you are required to give is your name, address, and a password. GPTREM do not believe in targeted email - more the scatter gun approach, so you will receive emails from all kinds of advertisers, with the main clients seeming to be gaming (gambling) sites, and financial products - ie credit cards. The main clients placing adverts in the last 2-3 months have been people trying to get referrals using referral links for various schemes such as lotteries. ************************************************** HOW DOES IT WORK? Each email you receive - provided you click on the link it contains, will earn you 5c. This doesn’t sound like a lot, and it isn’t, but the real seller for GPTREM is the referral program. Get a referral, and you will get paid 3c for every email they read. Net-4-biz claim that you will get 15 emails per month. The minimum you need for a payout is $20 (£13.76). I have always had at least 15 emails a month, with the average being 19. I actually signed up for this pr
ogram in the end of 1999, so I have a really low ID, but the original stats page was very poor and often didn’t work, so I only started to use the program in July of 2000, and soon got 19 referrals, 14 of whom are still active now. Here is a few of examples of how this could work: You = 15 x 5c (75c) = 75c/month (51p) You + 1 referral = (15 x 5c =75c) + (15 x 3c = 45c) = $1.20/month (82p) You + 5 referrals = (15 x 5c = 75c) + (75 x 3c = $2.25) = $3.00/month (£2.06) You + 10 referrals = (15 x 5c = 75c) + (150 x 3c = $4.50) = $5.25/month (£3.61)
You + 15 referrals = (15 x 5c = 75c) + (225 x 3c = $6.75) = $7.50/month (£5.16) You + 20 referrals = (15 x 5c = 75c) + (300 x 3c = $9.00) = $9.75/month (£6.71) When you sign up you will start to receive email - even if you are based in the UK like me, unlike most other paid to read email programs, which promise the world and don’t even send out email. When you receive an email you open it and click on a link to take you to the advertisers site - this opens in a new browser window. Stay on that site as long as you like - I have found some of them interesting. It appears, however, that just clicking on the link will get you the credit. I do not recommend this, if everyone clicked on the advertisers link, and didn’t even wait for the page to load, soon the supply of advertisers would dry up - and programs like GPTREM would cease to exist. ************************************************** HOW DOES IT REALLY WORK FOR YOU? At the end of this opinion are the numbers of emails I have received from GPTREM since November, when I started to keep a record of my statistics with a view to writing this opinion: I have 19 referrals, one of whom has dropped out of the program, and four of whom do not seem to read any emails. This leaves me with 14 active/semi-active referrals. Total emails
received (November): 19 Total earned: $7.19 (ME - 95c, REFFERALS - $6.24) In November my referrals read 208 emails. Total emails received (December): 20 Total earned: $9.04 (ME - $1.00, REFFERALS - $8.04) In December my referrals read 268 emails. Total emails received (January): 19 Total earned: $7.40 (ME - $95c, REFERRALS - $6.45) In January my referrals read 215 emails. Total emails received (February): 18 Total earned: $7.26 (ME - $90c, REFERRALS - $6.36) In February my referrals read 212 emails.

As you can see, this program really pays off if you have referrals, but not all your referrals will read all their emails. Although the referral program is only a one tier system - you only profit from the people you refer directly, not from any referrals they may get, the high payout rate and the frequency of emails made GPTREM the best program I had used so far, until the recent problems regarding payment, and finally the disappearance of the site. Programs like SendMoreInfo promise higher payouts over time with referrals on multiple levels, but in practice I have had vey few emails off them, and this goes for most other paid to read email programs. This program, however, as well as being consistent in sending out emails, has the lowest attrition rate of any paid email program I have tried. To still have 14 out of 19 active is pretty good. That means that over 73% of my referrals actually use the program, even though it takes a long time to get a payout if you don’t get any referrals. ************************************************** HOW DO I GET REFERRALS? Getting referrals is a matter of luck - net-4-biz GPTREM has been around since September 1999, so many people will have come across it already - but many will not. To get referrals, you could tell your friends, re
membering to give them your referral url for GPTREM - or you won’t get credited. I got all but one of my referrals from banners and text links on a web site I was using - this can be a good idea if you do not have many friends who are on the net, or if you don’t want to ask them. Remember, no-one likes junk email, so don’t just send your referral link to everyone you know, they may not appreciate it. I came across GPTREM by clicking on a banner - I can't even remember where now. My first contact with ciao - and then dooyoo, was through a link on a ghostsurfers.com referral site, so whoever that person was has benefited from my activity on that site, and I in turn referred a friend, who then referred me to dooyoo (thanks jo1l!). ************************************************** WHEN WILL I GET A PAYOUT? If you recruit no-one but yourself, you would need to read 400 emails to earn $20. At 15 emails a month this would take you 26.66 months - about two years, two months and three weeks.
If GPTREM continue to send an average of 19 emails a month as they have done so far, it would take you a mere 21 months, or about one year and nine months. It is essential to get referrals for any of these programs. With the high referral email payment, it is not difficult to get referrals for this program. I have reached the payout level twice so far: 8th October 2000 21st January 2001 so my payouts should come once every three months. As yet, however, I have not received these payments, and it is looking unlikely that I will. The affiliate tracking site that compiles your statistics in real time, affiliatetracking.net, will put your cheque in the queue for payment at the end of the calendar month in which you reached the payout level of $20. ************************************************** BUT I DON'T K
NOW HOW TO CASH DOLLAR CHEQUES I found this a problem at first, and spent a long time researching the best way to cash dollar cheques without paying too much in commission. My findings are in my opinion Dollar banking For Internet MoneyGrubbers, but the verdict was - use your current account! I bank with Barclays, and they charge me £4 per £100 worth of foreign currency cheques, so I save my cheques up (check the expiry date carefully if there is one, usually 90 -120 days) and bank several at once. If you don't get many cheques try pooling them with a friend. ************************************************** THE FIGURES BEHIND THE FACTS (Only read this if you want to see the figures) NOVEMBER 2000: Week One (1st to 5th) 3 emails received, $1.05 earned ME (15c) REFERRALS (90c) NOVEMBER 2000: Week Two (6th to 12th) 3 emails received, $1.35 earned ME (15c) REFERRALS ($1.20) NOVEMBER 2000: Week Three (13th to 19th) 6 emails received, $2.16 earned ME (30c) REFERRALS ($1.84) NOVEMBER 2000: Week Four (20th to 26th) 3 emails received, $1.20 earned ME (15c) REFERRALS ($1.05) NOVEMBER 2000: Week Five (27th to 30th) 4 emails received, $1.43 earned ME (20c) REFERRALS ($1.23) Total emails received: 19 Total earned: $7.19 DECEMBER 2000: Week One (1st to 3rd) 2 emails received, 84c earned ME (10c) REFERRALS (74c) DECEMBER 2000: Week Two (4th to 10th) 5 emails received, $2.05 earned ME (25c) REFERRALS ($1.80) DECEMBER 2000: Week Three (11th to 17th) 4 emails received, $2.10 earned ME (20c) REFERRALS ($1.80) DECEMBER 2000: Week Four (18th to 24th) 4 emails received, $1.64 earned ME (20c) REFERRALS ($1.40) DECEMBER 2000: Week Four (25th to 31st) 5 emails received, $2.41 earned ME (25c) REFERRALS ($2.16) Total emails received: 20 Total earned: $9.

Advantages

Disadvantages

Want to earn money from emails? Want more than one paid email every other month? Want money for your referals? Want statistics you can actually understand on your account? You're in luck, because I've just found a newish email company that is already way ahead of the game! Net-4-Biz!!!! The concept is, as always, pretty easy to understand. Sign up, get a referal link, refer people, get some email, click on the links and get paid! But I'm guessing you fussy beggers will want a tad more info than that! So... joining up! This is actually really good fun, Yep, that was a lie, but it's not as tedious as it could be. First things first, you go to www.net-4-biz.com or if a nice friend of yours has given you a referal link you click on that. The first page is full of info about the scheme. You can find out everything you want to know, how it works, rates etc. Then once you've read it and understood the concept there is a nice banner about half way down the page which reads, "Get paid to read email - sign up here!" Click on this and you're presented with a really short and snappy sign up form. The usual information is given, name, address (for them to send all those lurvely cheques to!), date of birth. The main difference between this and other sign up forms is that you don't have to choose the interests that you would like them to mail you about. This has its pluses and its minuses. The advantages are that you are not limiting the range of offers you receive info about - more money in the pot, plus you have the oppurtunity to visit sites that you might not previously have been told about because they were outside of your interest range. This could of course back-fire in that you might end up visiting sites which are of no interest at all to you! So onto the payment. You receive 5 cents (yep as per usual you will be paid in American Dollars so will probably have to pay a smal
l bank fee when cashing your cheque) for every e-mail you read and 3 cents for every e-mail your referrals read. The site claim to send out around 15 emails a month. I've been a member for under a fortnight and have already had 12 emails, so this bodes well for them fulfilling the quota. I've made a lot of money already because I have referred over 20 people. If they meet the quota of 15 emails a month I should be getting around $11 every month - nothing flash but compared with the $3 I have earnt over a series of months with other offers I'm chuffed! They will pay you once you have got $20 in your account! So if you refer no-one and they keep up the 15 emails a month you should have a cheque within 27 months! As you can see referring people is the only way to amass money on this sort of scheme. The pay-out process seems slightly obscure, but I won't complain as I am well on my way to $20 already. Once you have got enough money in your account for a cheque to be sent out you are put in a pay queue, so you must wait until you are at the top for your cheque to be sent. I will commment further on the waiting time once I have received my first cheque. I really like the account summary layout. You are first taken to a very basic page and asked for your password and member number. Once given you have three options - you can edit you account information (change address etc), get the link urls for a banner for your website, or check your account. The account summary is well laid out and really easy to understand. You can select the dates you wish to view from e.g. view earnings from Dec 01 2000 - Jan 23 2001. You can also opt to look at the earnings from email sent only to you, email sent only to your referals or the grand totals of both. At the top of the page is a small chart which tells you how many emails you have read and how much money you have made. Move down the page slightly and there i
s another chart with your affiliates on it. They are each named (useful to see exactly who has joined up under you etc), the number of emails they have read is given, and the payment you have received thanks to them is also given. I red bar also shows how many they have each read. So if you have referred a couple of people you can compare the amounts they have read because the table starts to read like a bar graph. Then at the bottom of the page there is yet another table, this time giving the total number of emails read and details of your total earnings. All in all net-4-biz has struck me as one of the only paid to read email schemes that will survive and you will be able to make a little extra income from. If you're going to join any - this should be the one!

Disadvantages

This one seems to be the best of the rest. Admittedly, the pay rate is the same as most of the other 'get paid for email' programs, but GPTREM2000 (their actual name) sends a lot more emails than the other programs which I signed up for. On average you receive about 5-6 emails per week. Now in comparison, that is about the number of emails I get from sendmoreinfo, inboxdollars and inboxcash together, so in my opinion this one is well worth it. I personally received 34 paid emails from GPTREM2000 in the past 54 days, which adds up to $1.70 (@ $0.05 per email) - not too bad for 34 mouse clicks, I think. They also pay $0.03 per email read by referrals, which is $0.01 more than most of the other programs. Sure, not a fortune, but it does add up, if you have a decent downline. One slight set back is that you can't choose your own ID - instead they allocate you a number, so it's best to have windows remember your sign-in details. Payment is made by cheque once you've reached $20.00 and sent out automatically. With a downline of about 15-20 people, you can reach that limit approximately every 3-4 months.

Net 4 biz- a US based email scheme is simplicity in itself - you sign up and 4 to 5 times a week they'll send you mail! I've been a member for just over 2 months now and have just read email number 75! ( I have just recieved email no 112 from them!) Net 4 biz pays 5 cents per email you read and 3 cents per email that your referals read. The one disadvantage of Net-4- biz is the fact that your downline only extends to your direct referrals so if they get any referrals you will not earn any thing from them! They will pay out once your account has reached $20. Joining is easy, just click on the link here on dooyoo and you'll be taken to the site. The information needed is the usual demographic information and then you will be taken to the your interests section. obviously this is up to personal choice but I have found that with most schemes if you put down things like shopping, competitions, buisness opportunities etc they do tend to generate alot more adverts than some catergories. When you recieve an email you'll have a click on link which will take you straight to the advertisers site. There is not a minimum time requirement to stay on the site so you could close the window straight away if you don't want to read further. All emails that you recieve have further links to check up on your stats and unsubscribe, a link for FAQ's and another link to copy and paste into emails to get those precious referrals! If you should wish to know how much you've earnt then click on the link which will take yo to your affilates report page. You will need to know what your affilate number is - this is normally contained within the email at the end of the referrals link. The stats are normally updated after you have recieved and read your latest email. Beware that sometimes the links to this information can either be painfully slow or just will not work at all. If this is the case then just try again later.
Net 4 Biz also have a range of banners that can be used on your hompage to get more referrals, to acess these just go into the referral management part on your stats report pages. Should you not have a web page you can still refer people by copying the referral link in all their emails into an email for a friend. Without a mountain of referrals you're not going to get rich quick with this scheme ( or in did any of the paid email schemes)but at least with Net 4 biz they dont just take your details and run - they really do send mail out in plentiful supply!

Yet another get paid to read email scheme, and yet another scheme where most people may not ever get paid. However, this is not as bad as some, and not as bad as one of the other reviews here makes out. For starters, you get 5 cents a mail, not 2 cents. And to get this you only have to click a link - so the pay rate equivalent to most schemes with very little effort. And, unlike sendmoreinfo, or yoyomail (to mention just two), you get 2 or 3 mails a week. Not bad for starters really. Its an american scheme of course, which makes payments inconvienient (TSB charges £8 a cheque, though did agree to proc ess threee small cheques for that amount recently). Pay is at $20, I seem to remember - I'll check it out and report otherwise. There is very little hassle with this scheme, so it may be worth a shot - especially if you have a themail account to get the mails sent to and earn .25cents a time as well - email me for more info if you need it!

US based service, where you get paid for each e-mail they send you. Incredibly although they only pay you 2 or 3 cents for each e-mail you still have to visit the site to get paid. At that rate I'd expect no more than to have to receive the e-mail. On the plus side, you do get a message virtually every day, although I don't think I've ever found a site worth visiting again. I've still only earned about $3 after the best part of a year, and now I can't even be bothered to click on the link half the time

Net-4-biz (www.net-4-cbiz.com) is a new American based paid for email programme. This one seems much the same as all the others, ie they send you emails from advertisers and you click on a link and get credit in your account. You get paid $0.05 for each email you read and $0.03 for every email your direct referrals read. Your direct referrals are unlimited. You need a minimum of $20 to get a cheque. It makes no mention of any charges for non American users, it does say anyone from any country can use the programme, but they must speak fluent english. You should be aware that your bank may charge you a fee to deposit American cheques. The problem with all of these programmes is you never get enough emails to get paid! I've signed uo for quite a few of these, some for over a year and I still have no money. If you can generate a huge amount of referrals I suppose you may make some money, but as you can only have direct referrals it would be a lot of work to get these referrals for the money you get back, unless that is they actually do send a lot of paying emails. I don't think this programme will prove worthwhile but I have signed up just in case! UPDATE I have been a member for around a couple of weeks now and I have $0.45 in my account, not very much but much better than most paid for email programmes. At this rate it is going to take a couple of years to get $20 unless I get some referrals.
