I can't see the point in this site, what is it supposed to be about.
We pay our taxes to fund and maintain the NHS, what are the government doing by setting up this stupid service.
Apparently you phone the special phone line, tell the operator your symptoms, and they advise you what to do.
Are these people trained doctors, do they even have a medical training at all.
How can someone on the other end of a phone, even begin to comprehend your symptoms?

This really annoys me, I pay my taxes to the government, I expect to be treated well when I go to the hospital, instead you have to contend with long waiting lists, shoddy service etc.

Last year people were dying in our hospital, because there wasn't enough beds, the dead were being left in meat wagons.
Someone in your family probably has a story to tell about the NHS.
In my opinion this site is a disgrace, the money should be spent on practical purposes, like improving the NHS.
I can't agree that this service is of any use.
In my opinion it's a way to stop you seeing a doctor or going to accident and emergency.

All I can say to the government is stop this service straight away, you cannot justify it.
How can you justify setting up this service, when our NHS is in crisis?
