What a waste of time this company is.
Had to have £400 in my account before they would let me withdraw any, They received a couple of complaints about non delivery of items and then put the limit i had to have in the account up to £800 because of risk what risk i don't know, what i do know is my customers will have non delivery of items because nochex have all my funds and won't let me withdraw so i can send the goods out to my customers. Gemma Logan is use less they never call you back my account is now well over the £800 and still they won't let me withdraw total SHAMBLES avoid at all costs.

Avoid Nochex like the plague.
Despite several complaints I have yet to receive the goods or a refund. The only time they reverted was to acknowledge the complaint yet they have done nothing about it.

My suggestion is to find another way to pay.

I dealt with two people Liam Fox and Jemma Logan. When I showed an intetrest in a Nochex merchant account, Liam went out of his way to take the signup fee of £50 from me. I verified my id and bank details and sent two sets of terms and conditions off to them as requested. Nochex Recently closed our business merchant account without warning for selling natural supplements, which they approved one year ago when opening our account in the first place. We dealt with a guy called Lenny at nochex compliance team and he was not helpful and just didnt care that they had messed up our family business. They cost us thousands in damages, gave no warning or reason and have kept our money. DO NOT USE NOCHEX WHAT EVER YOU DO. We are now going with a real merchant company instead who actually cares about their customers are we are filing a case with the FSA & HMRC as they have violated their own T&C's and have put our family in a financial crisis for no legal or valid reason as we did not violate any of their policies. Pls people, DO NOT USE NOCHEX, you will regret it.
