If you've read my other opinions, you will know my new girlfriend whisked me of to Australia last year (2000). We had very little time to organise accommodation and very little spare cash either. We spent a few nights looking at the options, browsing the Internet for deals and flipping through our "Rough Guide" and "Lonely Planet" books. The Rough Guide listed a lot of youth hostel and backpacking sites in both the locations we were going to visit (Darwin and Sydney), but we found Nomadsworld.com, the easiest website to use.
