One Poll is a site run by a Market Research company who pay you to take surveys. It is featured on the Money Saving Expert website as being one of the best.

It's free to sign up and when your registration is complete your account is credited with £2.50. There are different types of survey rewards - payment, prize draws etc. The rewards are quite low - usually 5p or 10p per survey, but there are lots of them available and they only usually take a maximum of 5 minutes to complete. The advantage that this site has over others is that it is easy to qualify for the surveys and most are open to everyone. This is in contrast to a site like Valued Opinions who are very selective in the qualification criteria. I manage to complete 2 or 3 each day

The only disadvantage I have found is that you have to reach £40 before they will pay out. As the rewards for the surveys are quite low - this can take a long time and you have to have the patience to stick with it!

Summary: Not going to make you mega rich, but can be a nice little earner
