Opinion Health does exactly what it says on the tin. It's a market research company that sends out health relates questionnaires on a range of subjects relating to health. Each survey is rewarded with a few points and when you reach 125 points, you can cash the lot in for a cheque for £25 or a donation to charity. As market research-type websites go, this one is well laid out and easy to use. In addition to the surveys, you can refer a friend for an extra 5 points.
