very poor customer service no telephone system for cancellations and charged me huge fee's when booking a no frills flight wouldnt recommend this company if asked best to shop around

We were very disappointed with otbeach. The main problem was that the components of our package were not joined up and the company did not accept responsibility. We booked a 10 day holiday with decent flight times and got an 8 day holiday with awful flight times. Going out we were incorrectly told a flight time and thus had an extra 2 hour wait at the airport. We arrived at our hotel at 3.30 am having apparently had the first day of our holiday. Further much of the next day was lost in sleep. Worse was the return flight. I have not long returned from Spain after using O T Beach for booking accomodation and flights and found them to be extremely helpful. I could not get into the Airline site to confirm our passport details and lo and behold their premium rate line charged over £1 a min. As we only arranged a couple of days before we went i was panicking to say the least however phoned O T Beach and explained our predicament and they took care of everything, not often you get service like that these days! Having been looking for a cheap break to get away during the first two weeks of August, I have been doing various searches and have been looking at various sites to see on how they compare in price for a late cheap deal, nowhere in particular in mind, just a cheap escape in the sun.
