Ten websites I wouldn't be without.

Hmm, I could wax lyrical here about Facebook, BBC, google just to flesh out this review but no. I'm going to show a few sites which are relevant to yours truly. Oh, and they are in no particular order in case you're wondering :D

1. http://www.readersdigest.co.uk/wordpower/ One of these days I will offer a rant against Readers' Digest. I love their books but I don't like their absurd competitions and junk mail. Anyway, this link will take you to a wonderful little word game which can test your vocabulary. I warn you, it's addictive :D

2. http://www.helenwhittaker.net/phpBB2/index.php Hmm, a strange looking link I hear you proclaim. What's all this about then? Well, I dabble in the art of creative writing and right on over here is a site where we churn what's going on in our minds. Pretty supportive, opinionated and creative is what you'll find on here. It's run by two people I've known for a while and if you want to stir your writing talents in another field than review writing then do take a wander and tell them the AddledOne sent you :D

3. http://www.xperteleven.com/default.aspx This is a great little online footie manager game. Well worth a visit and I've written a review about this which explains things a bit more in depth.

4. http://www.visitkent.co.uk/explore/big-day-out.asp Pretty much for us indigenous folk of Kent. You'll have to wait for next year but they offer you the chance of visiting an attraction in the country for free just for one day :D Can't be bad can it.

5. Drwicked. Forgive me the link is over 80 characters long so you'll have to google, grr.
Hit by a bout... of procrastination. Well go here and beat those word blues or suffer horrendous penalites if you don't get writing! You'll be a lout of procrastination if you ignore those warnings :D

6. http://www.kent.gov.uk/publications/leisure-and-cu lture/explore-kent.htm Again, this is local to me but I'm sure most counties will have something similar. What's better than to get off the armchair on a nice summers day and explore that wonderful countryside of ours :D

7. http://www.buyacar.co.uk/ I used this when I bought my new jamjar. I had my issues with them but ultimaltey it did save me quite a bit of money.

8. http://www.twistedtongue.co.uk/ If you like your horror/dark fiction then you've come to the right place. Plenty of talent on show here but not for the squeamish. Oh, and I'm in issue 12 with a particularly nasty piece of work. You can buy a printed magazine or download for absolutely nothing :D

9. http://www.freewebs.com/ohtobeaddled/index.htm This seemed a good idea at the time but alas I wish I could change it. A lot of my early stuff on here and to be honest a lot of it needs major work done. Unfortunately I'm no longer a member of freewebs and it's stuck in perpetual limbo now. I'd best warn you though, there are a couple of rather disturbing stories on there!

10. http://www.holtuncensored.com/hu/the-ten-mistakes/ I really wish I'd read this a bit more often. Now I could say read a couple of early stories of mine and do the opposite but it's much easier to read the very useful advice on here :D

11. Oh what the hell here's one more for you and some more shameless plugging. http://www.smokebox.net/archives/fiction/hewitt807 .html This is a good little site showing off plenty of stories. Got a story to sub, well what's stopping you :D
