The software is OK, but the "supportive community" advertised in the software is basically nonexistent. You have to create an account at the message boards in order to upload your chart to the internet. The boards used to be a great resource, but recent changes to the policies and massive bans of long term helpful supportive members with no explanations have left the "community" more like a ghost town.

The software is not bad, but the support and the message boards are a disaster. The administration is heavy handed and arbitrary in their decisions. Trying to get a real answer to a question from them is next to impossible. Instead you get a boilerplate response and that is it. Nothing more. They recently shut the message board down with no notice for 10 days and when it returned had randomly banned members for no real reason, with no explanations given. The person behind the bannings was none other than the very owner and developer of the software. Be very careful. You would be better off simply charting on paper.
