Everyone seems to have a website so I thought I would slowly work on building myself one. There?s quite a lot of sites that offer free web space but what I needed was someone or something to teach me how to get started. Things like html I know what they mean but do I know how they work. I, set about finding a site to help when I cam across pageresouce.com. It was thank fully exactly what I was looking for. It provided free web development tutorials and contained lots of information-exactly what I needed. I quickly added the site to favourite just in case somehow I lost the site address. I've written quite a few opinions on HTML tutourial websites recently, but I've found pageresource to be one of the best. Pageresource.com is a superb web developer tutorial & information site for both beginners and professionals. Along the top of the website is a About.com navigation bar. This provides links to "Internet and online How to's", free web related newsletters and a section about the internet. The "How to" section is particularly good providing the "How to" articles, which are perfect for internet beginners These "How To" articles include: * Chatting Online * ... Read the complete review

OK, so I'm probably a bit slow off the mark here, learning HTML just as XML etc is being developed, but I thought I should learn a simple language before going after a more complicated one. I found this most excellent site after following links from W3C XHTML web-site and it wasn't the only tutorial I came across. It was, however, the best. Simple to follow, not patronising and with many examples of what he was talking about so you don't feel like it's purely an academic exercise. The amount of information per page is good too, so you can save a particular page easily without loads of stuff you don't want. Plus, there are sidebars ... Read the complete review
