It appears that paid4surfing.co.uk is a "free" website provided by something called Maxref. The idea behind Maxref seems to be that you sign up for every paid to surf scheme under the sun and then list them all on the free website provided by Maxref. Thereby, of course, maximising your referrals. There is a certain amount of guff on the site about how Maxref helps you do this

(Xmillion will pause for a moment and explain that all paid to surf schemes tend to promote themselves along a multi- level marketing type model i.e. if you're a member and induce someone else to join (refer them), you get a cut of what that someone else earns through the scheme. Hence the enthusiasm for generating referrals, it really can be money for nothing.)

Xmillion thinks this is fine if you're into this sort of thing but for the ordinary joe there is nothing much of interest. Maxref/paid4surfing provides no information about any of the schemes on offer. Xmillion therefore thinks you are probably better off browsing the opinions on Dooyoo rather than wasting your time with this.
