Advantages: £30 cash back off Quidco
Disadvantages: Need to deposit or win alot to get 100% deposit match
I joined Party Poker about 6 months ago simply because Quidco were offering £30 cash back for a £13.50 deposit ($20), so aslong as I didnt deposit anymore I would make a profit.
Im so glad I got the cash back because I was very disappointed with the poker games. I like to play cheap $1 tournaments, I play poker more for fun than trying to make loads of money out of it (prob because im not the best poker player). But when ever I found a $1 torny the table would fill up within seconds, I could easily spend 30 mins trying to get a seat on the $1 tables.
Once you do get on the table the game is quite easy to work. took abit of getting used to because iv been playing on pacific poker for a long time and the layout and buttons are different.
When you register they give 100% deposit match but this isnt as easy to get as they make out. You need to earn a certain amount of points, which can be earned by winning with good hands. I won on many occasions with strong hands but still on got 1/4 of the points needed to get the bonus deposit match. To get the amount needed Il need to deposit more cash. The £13.50 I initialy deposited lasted about 5 months playing 2 or 3 times a day so I was doing quite well.
Overall, if your thinking of joining a poker site I wouldn't go for Party Poker but its worth it just for the £30 cash back if your with Quido
Summary: only do it for the cash back
