==What Is It?== Photo Box is an online digital photo service. They were established in 2000 and by 2009 they had won three awards and partnered up with well-known companies such as Boots and the N.S.P.C.C ==Sign-Up Process & Special Offers== The sign-up process was pretty simple, just put your details into the form and you're off. Email verification wasn't needed which saved some time. There are a few sign-up offers floating around at the minute if you sign up a new account, two that I know of are "A free photo book worth £24.99" and "A free spiral bound photo book worth £13.99". For both of these offers all you ... Read the complete review

Well what can I say it is just a really good all-rounder. There are so many choices available from different sized prints to collages, photo books and mugs. They always have an offer on and when you sign up you get loads of free prints (still have to pay for P&P). I usually end up spending more on postage then on the prints because it gets cheaper the more you order. The prints are printed on Fujifilm Fujicolour Crystal Archive paper which has a very good finish to it. The delivery is very fact and if you order prints then you don't have to be in the house to get it as they fit through the letter box. The packaging is really good and secure, they use cardboard to ... Read the complete review

I have been a customer of Photobox for around 6 months. What first led me to join was the offer of 40 free prints for registering. Great I thought, I always like a freebie but the skeptic in me doubts that anything in this life is truly free. However I was pleasantly surprised that yes after registration I could have 40 prints all free!! Wonderful news I thought... So as I navigated around the website I found it to be very user friendly, and with a lot of functions and options to use. To begin with I wasn't very adventurous and uploaded my photographs. I had around 200 on my memory card, and was worried it would take hours to upload. ... Read the complete review

I ordered several items from Photobox on 31st November 2010 for christmas presents. On the 3rd December I received an email telling me my items had been despatched. On the 8th December I received another email telling me sorry, but my items hadn't been despatched but they would be within 24 hours and a confirmation email with tracking info would be sent once my items have been despatched. Of course, by this time the snow had hit and I know courier companies and royal mail were struggling with their deliveries which is understandable of course. I am now being told that it is because of the snow that I have not yet received my order which I believe to be a load of bull. . Read the complete review

I came across these reviews when Googling for comments about Photobox. The reason for searching was that a current order was seriously delayed and no useful information was coming from the company. Three photobooks (for Christmas presents) were ordered on 3 December well before the deadline. After a while a printing date of 14 December appeared in the order details. This seemed a long wait but still in time for Christmas. The latest information (20 December) on my account is that estimated despatch date is 14 December. A few days ago I emailed them and after a long delay got a completely useless response ("We're really sorry that it's not ... Read the complete review
