Advantages: Piggypoints for taking up offers.
Disadvantages: Really hard to collect lots of points.
Pigsback.com is yet another cashback website we have available to us, I have been a member now for about 6 months and have yet to receive any rewards. My account balance is 1400 points and you need 3000 just to receive a £10 gift voucher. I've a long way to go.
It is very similar to the other cashback site aound apart from the fact it is based around pigs. Instead of cash you get piggypoints which then go into your piggybank until you have enough to exchange for a reward.
When shopping online if you go to pigsback.com first and click through to the website you are buying from then you will get cashback (piggypoints) for doing this. I don't really spend much online and if I was to I would use Topcashback rather than this site as you get paid more.
So seen as I don't shop online the only way I can get any piggypoints is by taking up offers, for example joining survey sites, registering for things and requesting free samples. This again only gives you a small amount, often 50 points. It has taken me 6 months to get the equivalent of £5 doing these offers and again I would say you find greater rewards doing this at other sites.
You can also recommend friends and will receive points if they sign up.
Competitions are another thing on this website, with opportunities to win piggypoints but again I have not been lucky enough to win.
A disappointing site overall, I think I will continue to take up the offers until I reach 3000 points and can get a voucher, that way I won't feel like I've wasted my time already but after that i don't think I will continue to use the site. It is just really difficult to earn piggypoints.
Summary: There are so many better cashback sites available.
