me and my family went to pizza hut last night for tea we orderd starters and a pizza the service was pretty good. when our starters arived we started eating them. my partner looked at me and said there is a spider in my food i looked at hm in amazment it was a dead spider the size of a twenty pence piece. i took his meal to the desk to complain. someone soon came over to our table with a complaints form and the spider in a clear bag she appoligised and said the bill would be cleared athough she asked us to pay for our drinks( the nerve) we refused to do and she accepted this. one of my family members had to go out side and was sick. what should i do to make sure this doesnt happen again !!!!!!

i never buy another pizza hut again

Pizza Hut - Terrible customer service
I received terrible service from PIzza Hut Leeds Kirkstall village branch. the food was discusting. THe waiter forgot to bring starters, there was no fork or knife at the meal. THe stuff was discusting and uses swear words.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and three dips from pizza hut. The pizzas arrived barely warm and no dips I explained to the driver that the grey circle should be pink and he said that some of the boxes are faulty. I rang the pizza hut Acocks Green and was told by Atif Zar (apparent manager) that he would send my dips in 25 mins but would not replace the cold pizzas. Shoddy service and £21.00 later

All you can eat buffet at dinner time finishes at 2.30. (we didn't no this at the time as there is no signs) we got there at about 2.20 and we were waiting to be seated for more than 10mins when there were tables free we were ignored until 2.30. Then we were told we couldn't have it because of the time. So ordering off the main menu, the food took 20mins to arrive and all it was, garlic bread and chicken wings. Then they bring the pizza out even when we hadn't finished our starter so there's out pizza getting cold next to us. and the bill took ages to.!!

8th Jan, ended up at Pizza Hut by the Ricoh arena in Coventry. One word: disaster. After waiting 10 mins to be seated (no, they weren't busy) we sat waiting 10 mins to place an order. We were told what we wanted wasnt available, so chose something else. Then told THAT wasnt available, ended up having something we didn't want. Waitress was a nasty bitch - ok, Im prettier than her, but why be so jealous?! Then she disappeared with our glasses so we couldnt have a refill.
