Advantages: Good for one thing perhaps

Disadvantages: Chavvy, timewasters

I consider myself a connisseur of these dating websites and, unfortunately, Plentyoffish.com is poor. Either I was very unlucky or doomed to start with, but the site featured an extraordinary number of, what can only be described as, "chavs". You see, I truly believe in paying for a good service....and the mere and simple fact that this site is free means it will attract a large number of timewasters. Similarily, the same could be said about freedating.co.uk, the sister site which, again features too many chavvy singletons looking for cheap thrills.

In my valued opinion, Match.com and Dating Direct, despite being, overpriced, are more likely to give you the partner you were always looking for.

Plentyoffish has perhaps one of the most confusing websites out of all the dating sites. Pictures are too small to make any valued judgment of potential dating matches and the lack of any "winking" feature makes it all the more cumbersome for people who dont want to slave away at writing emails.

Summary: You get what you pay for....
