Plentyoffish.com has a strange title but do not let this put you off!

POF, as it is known, is a mixed bag!

Most site advertise as being free but do not offer everything on this deal- POF does. With POF you can search for users, view their pictures, and even contact them all FREE! This is great concept meaning that there are hundreds of other users close to you who realise the same thing as you "why pay?".

Its not all roses though... Yes, its just like all other dating sites you get a lot of strange people on there- maybe even more as it is free. However, the searching helps filter these out. You seem to get a lot of single mums on there and 'chavs' but what do you expect when the site is FREE! I have spoken to a few people on there that seem to be genuine although with the web you never quite tell lol!!

The site also allows you to search for people with similar interests. This tends to bring back unusual results as it is down on word recognition rather than tick boxes. I think the best way is just to find the people that are closest to you!

This easy to use and simple to sign up site is a winning! We just need more 'normal' people to jon up :D
