AVOID pointshop AT ALL COSTS

I entered my details in order to try to win an iPad.

I had to complete 3 tasks, the first was to pay £1.00 for VIP membership. Just after entering my card details the site crashed. I couldn't be bothered starting again. Several days later i went to their site www.pointshop.co.uk and entered my email address and could not login. then i selected "forgotten password" and i was never sent an email reminder so i presumed the details hadn't gone through.......
..... and then 14 days later i get billed £45.00, they refuse to give a refund so now i will have to go through visa and try and get a refund that way.

if you want to loose £45.00 give it to charity, at least it will go to a needy cause rather than a greedy cause.
As for the points they offer, do the calcs and you will realise that they are worthless.

I only gave them a 1 star rating because i could not give zero, altho zero is too good for this company, a negative figure would be better.
