After reading the varous opinions in dooyoo i just had to give it a go, as on a couple of times on start up of my PC I have had the dreaded blue screen of death. The site is dead easy to use they ask for your name, email address,your level of computer knowledge, operating system and nature of problem once you have done that and submitted your question there is a short questionare to fill in and that is that. The first time I came across this site I thought it was too good to be true. Where, in this day and age, can you get absolutely free technical help? I was very sceptical and thought there must be a catch, maybe they wouldn't reply for days, but I desperately needed some help with a computer problem and had no where else to turn so I e-mailed my problem to them.
