After reading several opinions I decided to contact Protonic.com as I have a very complicated problem with my PC. I'm not very technically minded, so over the past week I've spent endless hours reading through magazines, manuals and help files - all to no avail, so finding these positive opinions in dooyoo convinced me to contact them. The site is nice and clear, easy to use and the service is very fast indeed - best of all, it's free! All you need to do is tell them your level of expertise, i.e. beginner, intermediate, etc, your operating system and your e-mail address then a brief description of your problem. After that, submit your ...  Read the complete review

Within seconds, you recieve an acknowledgement email say that your question would be answered within 24 hours, the answer to my question came within 20 mins in plain easy to understand instructions and all so the option to ask for more help if ...  Read the complete review

The first time I came across this site I thought it was too good to be true. Where, in this day and age, can you get absolutely free technical help? I was very sceptical and thought there must be a catch, maybe they wouldn't reply for days, but I desperately needed some help with a computer problem and had no where else to turn so I e-mailed my problem to them. Within literally minutes I had a reply e-mail with some possible solutions, but unfortunately none of these worked. I e-mailed the same person again and once more I had a very prompt reply. It took a couple of attempts to sort my computing problem out but I was very impressed with the speed of the replies to ...  Read the complete review
