The first time I came across this site I thought it was too good to be true. Where, in this day and age, can you get absolutely free technical help? I was very sceptical and thought there must be a catch, maybe they wouldn't reply for days, but I desperately needed some help with a computer problem and had no where else to turn so I e-mailed my problem to them. Within literally minutes I had a reply e-mail with some possible solutions, but unfortunately none of these worked. I e-mailed the same person again and once more I had a very prompt reply. It took a couple of attempts to sort my computing problem out but I was very impressed with the speed of the replies to my e-mails. I will definately use them again in the future.
