After reading several opinions I decided to contact Protonic.com as I have a very complicated problem with my PC. I'm not very technically minded, so over the past week I've spent endless hours reading through magazines, manuals and help files - all to no avail, so finding these positive opinions in dooyoo convinced me to contact them.

The site is nice and clear, easy to use and the service is very fast indeed - best of all, it's free! All you need to do is tell them your level of expertise, i.e. beginner, intermediate, etc, your operating system and your e-mail address then a brief description of your problem.

After that, submit your question and wait for a reply. Within seconds, you will get an acknowledgement that says your question will be answered within 24 hours. After only 15 minutes I received a very detailed response with easy to understand, step by step instructions on how to fix the problem. There is an option to go back to the technician if you need further help, which I did and this was also dealt with very promptly and in a very friendly, confident manner.

I was very impressed with the fast and friendly service and felt very re-assured that the technician knew what he was talking about. I will definitely be using them again.
