I learnt about Quidco about a year & a half ago, and now swear by it. So what exactly is it I hear you ask?

Well Quidco is a cashback site where you can earn a percentage of your spend back when making an online purchase through a variety of retailers. There are now a number of such cashback sites out there, but this is the biggest one by far & therefore has an extensive list of retailers associated with it. I would say that the only place which I shop at regularly which isn't listed is Amazon.

The way the system works is rather than going directly to your particular website, you visit the Quidco site, login with your credentials & select the link for the retailer from there. This then allows any transaction to be tracked, allowing you to gain cashback.

The cashback appears directly into your Quidco account & a link to your bank account can be set up so it can automatically be credited. The amount of time it takes for the money to appear in your Quidco account varies between retailer & you are given an idea of the time it takes on average against each retailer on the site. Sometimes transactions may not have tracked successfully, in this case you can log a query which the system will then follow up.

Overall, I would say this is a great way of earning some extra cash while doing your online shopping as normal.
