--Quick Intro--
Quidco is an affiliate commission sharing scheme, this means they get paid a small amount of money for sending people to buy something from another website and they share a portion of this money with you. For example, you can sign up for a new mobile phone contract and they say they will give you say £150 if you sign up for Quidco first and wait an arbitrary amount of time to receive this money.

--My Experience--
The idea of cashback sites is all good and well and a very innovative way of spending their affiiate commission, however, the time it takes to get the money makes it more hassle than it's worth when the amount is large. I'm waiting on a £50 commission on a single transaction and checking it, emailing them etc. is just not worth the effort when they take a week to reply to emails with one line repies.
--Update-- There is now no way to contact Quidco about a commission that has not been paid.

The commissions on low value purchases are pretty measely, 2-3% on the types of goods I buy which works out 50-75p, hardly worth the effort. I'm going to try other cashback sites and update my review when I have a basis for comparison. If you have the chance I would recommend trying one of the others, since I haven't got a penny out of quidco I can't see you have much to lose.

--Update-- Quidco says less than 6 month payment speed for Ford car insurance. If this wasn't ridiculous enough it has been almost 7 months since I put my car insurance through Quidco. Seems pretty clear that getting money out of Quidco is either not possible or so difficult that it is not worth the effort.
