Royalmail.com is the home of the UK's largest postal services operator and offers a great link to the postal services provider for those without a Post Office near them or a lack of time to get to the Post Office. The Royal Mail website is a well designed and thought out site that has been designed to stick to the companies well known colour scheme and allow for a simple to navigate and user friendly experience which I feel the company manages. When you first go onto the website you are offered a number of options but thankfully these are not put to you in a way that makes it overwhelming or flustering and it is in fact very simple to find your way to the ... RoyalMail.com is the official website for the British postal authority "Royal Mail". First launched in September 1995, it serves as both a promotional and information tool for current and prospective customers. At the time of writing this review, Alexa Traffic ratings rank the website as being the 74th most accessed website in the United Kingdom. Upon first accessing the Royal Mail website, the user is prompted to enter a certain section which contains more relevant information. These sections are titled "Personal Customers", "Small & Medium Businesses" and "Corporate & Public Sector". The website boasts a ... Read the complete review

I have to admit that as I sell a lot on websites like eBay, and I post various items both within the UK and overseas, the Royal Mail website is constantly in my little drop down address bar, and I find it a very valuable tool. The Royal Mail website provides lots of useful information concerning postal services, and allows the user to price sending costs, buy postage products online, find out about industrial action, find out about Royal Mail Jobs and also carry out searches like find your local branch and find a postcode. The website details all of Royal Mail's terms of service, and explains how the services work, stating the items that are not suitable for posting. ... Read the complete review

Convenience is a must in this day and age, and personally, my local post office is a tiny little counter in my local shop, so theres 2 queues in there...no very time effective to be honest. Now, printing postage online isnt going to stop you ever having to set foot in a post office again, and yes you may need to queue, if your item is too big for a post box, it really is your only option, so I would really only recommend printing online for smaller items, eg letters, dvds, games, and books, possibly small items of clothing, and definately Xmas cards!! Bigger items i ould certainly use the post office myself, so that I can be sure of the weight and make sure I am not ... Read the complete review

Since getting really into eBay I have never needed the Royal Mail more! I was surprised to find some excellent features online which have really helped me out and saved me time and money. Firstly there's a section devoted to eBay selling and buying; you're able to print your postage labels, even pay for the postage online. I've never got round to trying this, though I believe if you do it correctly, by entering the right weight and size then you shouldn't come across any problems. In addition you can calculate the cost of your postage so that when selling on eBay you get enough to cover the cost. Too many times before using this site had I made very little ...
