Convenience is a must in this day and age, and personally, my local post office is a tiny little counter in my local shop, so theres 2 queues in there...no very time effective to be honest. Print your own postage is one of the best ideas Royal Mail have come up with. I sell on eBay, swap books on ReadItSwapIt and sell on Green Metropolis and the convenience of just printing my own postage for the parcels instead of having to queue at the post office is great. I'm not sure who designs the post office opening hours but they ... Read the complete review

I think the Royal Mail site is very good. I particularly like the Track and Trace feature, which lets you keep track of a package you've sent by Recorded Delivery or even just with a Certificate of Posting.
