Advantages: Pays, Easy money
Disadvantages: Still takes time
Rpoints is just one of the latest in a long line of sites which pay you for clicking links and/or joining up for offers, only there?s one really big difference ? they?re honest, and do actually pay out ? who says so? Why, Squiggles, of course, and I believe implicitly anything which she tells me. According to her, the guy running the site is as honest as the day is long, and that?s a rarity in this day and age. Anyway, Rpoints is a reward site which costs you nothing but your time, and will even pay you £1.00 just for signing up ? if you do want to join, you can do so by using this link - http://www.rpoints.com/?ruid=39413 - both you and I will get £1.00 if you sign up for the site via that link. But why should you sign up? After all, you?ve done this a million times previously, haven?t you? And they never pay off, now do they? Well, actually this time, IT DOES. They don?t make any over the top claims about you being able to make a fortune, but they certainly do offer a very decent return for not very much time at all on your part. I?ve done an awful lot of wasting time on such programs, believe me, but this particular site does seem to be a good way forward, and I am very happy to recommend Rpoints without any hesitation (well, apart from the normal, don?t blame me if it doesn?t work out). There are several good features associated with Rpoints ? the payout at just £10 is pretty low for this sort of program. They don?t make over optimistic promises ? it takes a couple of months to get a payment, which you can currently get via either PayPal or Moneybookers. The way it works is this: you visit a number of reward sites on a daily basis, via the link from the Rpoints site (Dealtime, Ebay, Kelkoo, Price Guide, Price Runner), and you earn money for doing so, around £1 a day. In additio
n, you can get paid £1.00 for everyone who joins Rpoints via your referral, and you can get further rewards for joining up with other programs, such as Ciao, The National Lottery and GoZing Surveys. You also get cash back and discounts for online shopping, and if you do want to buy from the sites on offer, then this is a good option. Of course, with all these things you will probably need to get a spare e-mail account to take the inevitable deluge of Inbox fillers, but it?s easy enough to secure these waste disposal receptacles, and a small price to pay for generating such comparatively easy money. One other minor gripe is that it?s two or three days before your earnings show on the site, so you?re never absolutely convinced that your work is being rewarded, but I have to say that the scoring is quite reliable and you don?t have too many problems with losing out. As to the site itself, it?s quite well laid out and cleanly designed, making it relatively easy to understand and navigate, after only a brief exposure. It?s functional and basic and doesn?t have much pizzazz, but then you don?t really want much extravagance when you?re only here to make the money. The key thing is that it?s easy to make a reasonable buck, they do actually pay out and you don?t have to do an awful lot. What more could you really want from a money maker?

- 15/07/04 I've thought about signing up to things like this but in the end I've always decided against it in favour of more reliable things like selling on eBay and writing on Dooyoo. It's good to see that there are few genuinely good ones though, I hope you recruit some people! |
