This is a lovely site for the children. It is colourful and musical and has lots of animated santas which my daughter loves.

You can get screensavers, wallpaper and lots of goodies. What attracted me to the site was the service provided which means that our little ones get a letter from santa or even better a telephone call.

So I ordered a call which cost £3.99 and you give a specific date and time you want the call to be made along with the childs name and of course a telephone number. If the telephone is engaged at the time the call is made then they call back every two minutes for ten minutes.

So anyway I oredered this service for last saturday and we sat next to the phone on the edge of our chairs waiting for santa to call. 10am came and went and in the end at 11am I rang the company to find out what the problem was. They could find no reason for the call not being made and after a lot of debating they agreed to reschedule the call with no extra charge. There normal proceedure is to still charge you the £3.99 but offer a replacement call at a discounted price.

When santa did call it was magical. My daughter was so excited to hear his voice and was an angel all day so santa could see her being good. His voice was one of the actors from the archers and came accross very well, I was nearly convinced myself.

I was so disappointed that the service was a bit of a sham. The site is so lovely that I was hoping that the services would be good too. I hope that anyone who tries it has better luck than us but I said it was definitely worth it to see the look on her face.
