Saros research is a market research company that rewards its members for taking part in online research. There are many ways to earn from this site, you can earn by taking part in focus groups, discussion groups, interviews and the usual paid surveys. Saros research is completely free to join which is great as I believe as do many that you should never pay to share your opinion. I have to say that I am biased, in that I have recruited for Saros for several years now, and this year I was their top recruiter (their feedback). That takes some doing, as I am competing with the likes of MutualPoints, as MyPoints has now become. I mention them, as I joined Saros from MyPoints a long time ago, and got my 50 points, then thought nothing about it for at least a year, then revisited the Saros site (probably from an email invite to a focus group session), and saw that they pay 25 pence per recruit, and 10% of what they earn. I tried it, and was surprised to see I had some recruits 3 months later, and so this gave the ... Read the complete review

I first heard of Saros through a surfing session on Dooyoo. The opinion said there was good money to be made, so i decided to give it a whirl. The site itself its totally self explanatory, so i won't go into detail. They conduct their research by the way of discussion groups and surveys. I want to tell you about my success with saros, and by reading other opinions, it looks like i am one of very few. Joining saros was easy, just a questionnaire which took about 8 minutes to complete. One thing i will advise is do fill in all questions asked, no matter how personal, it is from the results of these questions that they will see if you fit exactly ... Read the complete review

How long would it take you to earn between £30 and £50 on Dooyoo? Certainly longer than 1.5 – 2 hours I’m sure! On Monday I earned £30 for 1.5 hours of my time, met some interesting people, enjoyed myself immensely, ate some good food, gave my opinions and fulfilled one of my (sad) ambitions. I attended a focus group recruited by Saros Research. The purpose of a focus group (or forum or market research discussion) is to elicit opinions from various groups of people on products, brands, advertising, or in this case, about the general feeling following 11th September in relation to the economy, the world and advertising. I’ve always been a sucker and try these research panel sites that pay you for completing surveys, so when I saw Saros research I briefly read the home page before signing up through the mypoints website gaining me 50 mypoints. The website looks fairly impressive and the figures they were talking about for discussion groups seemed very tempting (i.e. £30-50 for approximately 2 hours work). However, I did notice that nowhere do they show any results of previous surveys that the company has undertaken unlike many other sites. They also state that you would not be asked to attend more than two of these panels within a year and it was only open to members of ... Read the complete review
