I joined ScreenSelect on their Free Trial offer as I was going on 4 weeks vacation and wanted to catch up on all the movies I had missed whilst working. I was attracted by their large portfolio including new releases (wanted a mix of horror for me, rom com for the wife and family movies). I have no problem with their service - the discs come reasonably promptly and although the packaging varies considerably (some in hard cases, some in slips) the return envelopes are hardy enough. I have had 4 recommend a ... Read the complete review

Join ScreenSelect and you will be asked to create a list of approximately 30 films you’d like to see. You get to rate the films on your Wish List in order of viewing preference. It's a neat trick designed to misguide you into believing that your high priority films will be dispatched to you ASAP, it won't happen! You’ll start out with a number of newly released films that you missed when it did its rounds at the cinema and then you quickly run out of ideas. To build your Wish List up you will start browsing through the 53,000+ titles ScreenSelect boasts in its library, and this is the first catch. All those older films you just listed are the ones you are going to get! ... Read the complete review

What Do They Do? ============ Screenselect are an internet based DVD rental company. For a monthly fee you can have DVD's posted to you to watch then return back. It's very easy to do, you just produce a list of DVD's that you would like to see, when you return a DVD you will be posted another one off your list. You can prioritise your list into three categories these are: - I would like these titles delivered as soon as possible, - Please deliver these titles as they become available and - I don't mind when you send out these titles. They recommend you have ten titles in your wish list. You can choose how many DVD's ... Read the complete review
