Poor customer service !!!!!!

Disadvantages: no one available to give me my tickets + poor customer services
Hi purchased 2 tickets on their web site at 5.30pm for Children in need concert at M.e.n Arena in Manchester on the night of the event for myself and my daughter for £120. Their web site instructed that the tickets would be available for collection at a Mail box office in piccadilly Manchester. I arrived at 6.35pm and no one was available + the doors were locked, I tried calling the mail box number 6 times which went straight to voice mail? this was an early Christmas present for my daughter and she was very upset that were unable to see the concert. I spoke with a seatwave representative the following morning and was told tickets are only available to collect at 5pm at the latest ? i explained i didnt purchase them until 5.30pm? She said she would have to get a superviser to contact me which they never did. I emailed them with my complaint and was told there was someone waiting for me and they tried calling me (Which is a total lie) and because of that they would not be able to offer a refund. I asked them to provide me which their call log and of to date they are unable to provide it.... They are now not returning my emails requesting the information. I have been lied to and sold tickets under false pretenses and feel very very let down by this organisation. I will never recommend this joke of a company to anyone i know.....
Summary: Totally ripped off by this company !!!!!!!!!!!
