In the past it was a really great deal to order from secretsales, but now it's a gamble. The problem is their courier Hermes, currently 4 parcels have been sated as delivered and signed by the customer, however, no courier was even attempting to deliver...after they claimed that they lost them. Secret sales said they would refund the money, but it's really annoying having to prove that you never really even seen the courier not to mention the parcels. And of course the disappointment of a bargain turning sour... Not a nice experience and would recommend that they change the delivery company, as until that happens, I will be shopping elsewhere. Sorry secret sales team, but can't bear another "ghost" delivery.

Secret sales is my best website to shop at. I'm really happy with everything I have received and I highly recommend ordering. I've told lots of people about secret sales and they love it too! All honesty secretsales has not let me down.

I have been using Secret Sales for a while now. My shopping is always easy and fun. They offer an incredible variety of fashion brands, home ware, jewellery, cosmetics etc. with amazing discounts.
 I only wish the items could be delivered a little sooner, but I guess that's the price of a great bargain - having to wait for a bulk order to be sent through! 
 They also offer rewards for shopping. Every time you spend £70 you get £5 towards your next purchase. They also have 25% weekends. A quarter off an already great bargain! Love secret sale collection. The wide variety of their collection is interesting to see. I just wished that on branded items, they will open it fairly to all members. Sometimes I waited for the opening just to see half of it has been sold out.
