Great brands, some already known to me and others I've discovered through secret sales! Really good offers, and love the fact there are regular discount codes on top of the sale prices and the opportunity to earn vouchers. Deliveries arrive timely and they are always packaged well. Have been recommending the site to my friends and family!

Really fantastic customer service. They are prompt and professional and unlike most sites, aren't just interested in selling things and taking your money. Very refreshing to see a company nowadays that actually cares about what they offer, quality and customer service. Secret sales is literally the best website around. The variety of clothes, homeware, shoes and designer brands is amazing. As a fan of designer brands I'm addicted to this site. The service is excellent, the emails regarding the status of your order and delivery etc are so reliable and their refund procedure is so fast. I purchase from them on a weekly basis as they always have something I love!! Don't know what is do without secret sales it's addictive!!! Highly recommend secret sales!

The best kept Secret is out! Beautiful quality products at affordable prices. I truly don't shop anywhere else if I am looking for that exclusive designer label and an absolute gem Secret sales is the place to find it. There is such an awesome range from clothes to jewellery to watches, shoes and even bed linen. The quality is absolutely superb! Designer products at oh such a reasonable price!

In the past it was a really great deal to order from secretsales, but now it's a gamble. The problem is their courier Hermes, currently 4 parcels have been sated as delivered and signed by the customer, however, no courier was even attempting to deliver...after they claimed that they lost them. Secret sales said they would refund the money, but it's really annoying having to prove that you never really even seen the courier not to mention the parcels. And of course the disappointment of a bargain turning sour... Not a nice experience and would recommend that they change the delivery company, as until that happens, I will be shopping elsewhere. Sorry secret sales team, but can't bear another "ghost" delivery.

Love secret sale collection. The wide variety of their collection is interesting to see. I just wished that on branded items, they will open it fairly to all members. Sometimes I waited for the opening just to see half of it has been sold out.

I have used secretsales for a few years now and I am a very satisfied customer. Goods are always brand new, as seen on website, always delivered on time, in the promised timescales. I have never returned any item, only once I received a faulty item and the excellent customer service processed a refund in the most prompt manner! I couldn't complain at all! Simply fabulous! :) Also, the website is easy to use and secure!I would definitely recommend it to a friend!

I have bought some fantastic bargains in the last year, It's a great source of both basics and gift items- including treats for me!, and I've found some unusual designers who I haven't seen elsewhere. The homeware section is a bonus. The pay once for a year's free delivery option is a serious money saver for a regular shopper like me, as are the offer codes which pop up occasionally, and the e-vouchers . When I've returned items, refunds have been quick. When I've spoken to customer service they have always been helpful. As others have commented, delivery can be slow, but the dates are always clearly visible, so it's not really a problem.

I have purchased several items from Secret Sales and have been very happy with the company and products. Today I needed to contact customer services over an issue to do with an error I had made in ordering an item. Other companies may well have said was my own fault, and therefore that there was nothing they could do about it. However, a customer services representative replied to my email very promptly, and resolved the issue for me then and there.An excellent experience of their customer service.

I absolutely love browsing items and shopping on Secretsales.com and I have been shopping with them for few years. It can be a wonderful experience, as long as you are prepared to wait. There are many brands that may be hard to find on every high street, Secretsales.com has bought access to such brands at your finger tips. I have been provided best customer service upon contacting them and cannot comprehend that Secretsales.com has achieved milestone over last few years. Keep up the goodwork!
