Seetickets.com is an online ticket retailer for all sorts of events, from gigs to theatre events, comediands to sporting events, pretty much anything you need a ticket for you will hopefully be available to purchase on here. Absolute diabolical service!

Tickets ordered and paid for 10 months in advance.

7 days to the event still no tickets. 5 emails sent, not one single reply. Over 2 hours in total on hold on the phone, not once was the phone answered.

Could NOT attend the event as the tickets STILL hadnt arrived and my calls/emails went un answered.

Guess what, Tickets arrived 3 days AFTER the show...how very useful!!

DISGUSTING lack of customer service. I am now forced to attempt a charge back via my credit card company to retrieve my funds.

I will NEVER use Seetickets again, ever!

PS pretty obvious the 5star reviews have been written by See(no)tickets themselves. Pathetic!

You call this a company? My tickets turned up FIVE days after the event and after calling their apalling customer services countless of times I gave up and did a chargeback on them. I want to take them to court for all this hassle as it was a birthday present but it's just not worth it. Just avoid this excuse of a company at all costs. The net is filled with horror stories about Seetickets.

Tickets arrived after the show, poor customer service, long waits for phone to be answered by unhelpful customer services staff. My friends who ordered from See Tickets had exactly the same problem (no tickets turned up) while those who ordered through TicketMaster got their tickets weeks in advancel. Will never use again.
