I bought a Sleepeezee mattress and the Giovanni Bedstead from Dreams plc in early November. It costs about £1300. When we bought the bed at the Braintree store, the sales assistant said we will receive the bed before Xmas and put "VIP" on our order form. Then we heard nothing from them until January, we kept phoning the store and left messages to the answering machine (that customer hotline is only an answering machine, no one has ever picked up the phone or call back in my experience). was sent a cartoon by a colleague the other day. It’s of Garfield, writing a letter to Santa. “Dear Santa”, he begins, “I have been very good all year…” before pausing and thinking to himself “Fiction is hard”. He’s got a point, writing fiction can be hard. As can writing poetry and song lyrics (which, after all, are just poetry set to music).
