Offered a great discount initally as I was running a reseller account for some charities and n.p.o.'s, using very little bandwith.

Then, Simon had a sudden change of heart about the discount they agreed on, without so much as an email or word of explination. After a year of use.

I've decided to go elsewhere and I am investigating legal recourse for breaking this arrangement without due notice.

In the mean time if i want my websites online i am paying three time what i agreed too initally!!!

I can't beleive a company can operate like this and just change prices when they feel like it without communicating with customers.

It's a real shame as i like the tutorial and information they provide on the site and the customised cpanel software, all very easy to use,

I would be very careful when dealing with this company, avoid!

Not sure what diseni is on about! I've had my website with simplywebhosting for a few months now. I've not spoken to simon but each time i've called the people have been really helpful. I was disappointed to see that they have someone who is rude but I've never experienced anything like it. I SIGNED UP WITH SIMPLEWEBHOSTING TWO WEEKS AGO AND HAD SOME PROBLEMS GETTING STARTED BUT I FOUND THE SATFF AT SIMPLEWEBHOSTING VERY HELPFUL. We've been using simplewebhosting for nearly two years and have been more than happy with the services. The servers seem fast and online all the time - we send a lot of email and simplewebhosting doesn't seem to have any problem with that at all. We were referred to simplewebhosting by a friend who also uses their services and have enjoyed every minute of it.
