Simply drop should be called "Simply Awful". I have never normally had trouble with mobile recycling firms and so I thought that using one that carried the Royal Mail logo would be a safe option. How very wrong! I sent a Sensation XE valued at £158.00. One week later I was informed phone value was now £115.00. When I emailed them to ask why I was told "you sent a Sensation NOT an XE." I have tried on several occasions to contact them to provide IMEI number to prove that the phone I sent was correct.
The only way to contact these people is via email and unfortunately they do not respond or reply. Their customer service is appalling and their promises of quick payment and tracking are untrue. They have still not sent me any money (correct amount or other) in 10 days of accepting the phone.
If you use this company you run a very real risk of losing your phone, your cash and your patience in trying to contact them. Please avoid at all costs.
Summary: awful, awful,awful.....not even worth the one star I have to give
