Be wary of ordering anything Frank Clarke Simply Painting. Goods were ordered and paid for as Christmas presents. Only half the order was received. Subsequently e-mails have been sent and ignored over the last month. Frank can smile and have some more FUN when pocketing other peoples money for goods not sent. Nice scam if you can work it!!!

The paintings, people have sent in to the site, that is. This website compliments the TV series Simply Paining, which advocates that *anyone* can paint watercolours. By the look of some of these lovely submissions, they might even be right. Personally, I have never found watercolour painting *that* easy. My compositions always look 'forced', or stilted. Therefore I tend to stick with acrylics or gouche, and go for the more bold or abstract paintings. Frank who actually has a tv show takes you through each part of painting a picture with so much ease it makes everything seem easy.
