Disadvantages: layout difficult

I was a customer with sky bet but I recently changed because I was just a bit confused with their layout of betting it was quite difficult to know what bet you have placed. I raised this issue with the customer services and at that they were also a bit on the cheeky side.

Anyway it did have one great advantage say you done a bet for a football match in some cases they would let you watch the match online which is good if you only have freeview or normal telly or if the match is not shown. That was the main advantage of sky bet.

However I was giving no promotion when I first joined and again asked why and was bluntly told cause we have no promotions on. While every other bookmaker was going mad with promotions. So I just decided to close my account as I thought it was not a freindly and helpful service. It takes three banking days for you to recieve your winnings when withdrawn from the account which is another good advantage some bookmakers are longer.

So overall it had it good points and bad points but for me I just wanted a good first class service which I did not recieve but I stress that is my opinion some other people by their reviews seem to find it a good bookmaker. So there you go.
