Spedia surely made some big mistakes with deleting some accounts and telling users they have cheated, one of my friends himself experienced that problem...but I have to say that these annoying facts are happening more and more less often. So my friend who was really fed up cause he would have lost 25 dollars, mailed them and they DID reactivate his account! I noticed they also respond more often to e-mails than in the past. I have to say that I never had ANY problems with Spedia - maybe I'm a little bit lucky ;) - all I ever did is use their software and collecting as many points as I could.
