Advantages: Free music, easy to use.

Disadvantages: Missing some bands and songs

Spotify is a free, safe and completely legal program which lets you (if you have the free version) play unlimited music for free. The catch? In between every 10 or so songs there are 1 or 2 adverts which last 5-15 seconds each, they are very similar to normal radio adverts and promote songs, events or advertise companies or charities. There are 3 different deals, you can pay £9.99 a month for unlimited free songs with no adverts or pay £0.99 for unlimited free songs for 24 hours which makes spotify perfect for discos or parties. Spotify is really easy to use it lets you find songs from certain decades, you can see what is on the radio, make a queue of songs and make playlist of all of your favourite songs. The layout is very similar to the iTunes layout and you can see the abulm cover in the bottom left and view your search history. The only problem with spotify is that not all bands or record companies have signed with them to have the music on it, which means that Spotify is missing a few classics and a few new bands but still has a huge amount of music! Great for a free program!

I think Spotify is really good to listen to whilst working or just chilling! 5 star!

Summary: Great if in need of lots of music.

Errr do you mean the deals in which you pay £9.99 month or £0.99? Because on some sites or programmes you must pay for certain songs to listen to even if your paying for a deal.
